What information this website collects

When you submit a contact form, solar check or project enquiry, Infinite Energy may receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, Eircode or address, property type, energy goals, bill or usage information, project notes and any optional marketing preference you select.

If you arrive through a campaign link, URL attribution values such as UTM parameters, click IDs or campaign route values may be included with the enquiry you submit so the team can understand the source of that enquiry. The website does not need to store those attribution values before analytics or marketing consent.

How website enquiries are used

Website enquiry information is used to respond to your request, assess the next best solar, battery, EV charging or commercial review step, arrange follow-up, keep a record of the enquiry and improve the website journey.

Enquiries may be handled in Infinite Energy customer management systems or connected workflow tools. Those systems sit outside the website itself. The website policy explains what the website sends and why; retention, deletion workflows, call records, sales notes and CRM automation are managed in those separate systems.

Cookies, analytics and marketing

Necessary storage may be used to keep the website secure, remember your cookie choice and allow forms to work. Analytics and marketing tools should only run after you consent through the cookie banner. Using the calculator or submitting an enquiry does not automatically mean you have consented to analytics or marketing cookies.
